Bu Gizlilik Politikası, BreathPath mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullanan tüm kullanıcıların kişisel verilerinin toplanması, kullanılması, saklanması ve korunmasına ilişkin esasları açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

BreathPath, kullanıcı gizliliğini ve veri güvenliğini temel ilke olarak benimser. Tüm kişisel veriler, geçerli veri koruma düzenlemelerine (KVKK, GDPR vb.) uygun şekilde işlenir.

2. Verilerin Kullanım Amaçları

Uygulamanın doğru ve kesintisiz çalışmasını sağlamak
Nefes egzersizi deneyimini kişiselleştirmek

Önemli: Kullanıcı verileri hiçbir şekilde üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.

3. Veri Saklama Süresi

Veriler, kullanıcı hesabı aktif olduğu sürece saklanır.
Hesap silindiğinde, veriler geri döndürülemez biçimde sistemden silinir.
Destek talebi kayıtları işlem tamamlandıktan sonra en fazla 12 ay tutulur.

4. Verilerin Paylaşımı

Verileriniz yalnızca yasal gereklilikler (resmi makam talepleri), hizmet sağlayıcılar (bulut altyapısı, analitik) veya kullanıcının açık rızası durumunda paylaşılabilir.

5. Çerezler ve Güvenlik

BreathPath, hizmet sürekliliği ve performans analizi için çerezler kullanabilir. Verileriniz SSL/TLS şifreleme ve düzenli güvenlik denetimleri ile korunur.

6. Kullanıcı Hakları

8. Çocukların Gizliliği

BreathPath, 13 yaş altı kişilere yönelik değildir. Bu yaş grubundan veri toplandığı tespit edilirse derhal silinir.

This Privacy Policy explains the principles regarding the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data of all users who use the BreathPath mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you accept this policy.

BreathPath adopts user privacy and data security as a core principle. All personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and relevant data protection regulations.

Breathing exercise plans, goals, and settings

To ensure uninterrupted operation of the app
To personalize the breathing exercise experience

Important: User data is never sold to third parties.

3. Data Retention

Data is stored as long as the user account is active.
When an account is deleted, data is irreversibly removed from the system.
Support request records are kept for a maximum of 12 months after completion.

Your data is only shared in case of legal requirements (official requests), service providers (cloud infrastructure, analytics), or with explicit user consent.
