ChatFace – Gizlilik Politikası

ChatFace, kullanıcı gizliliğini ve veri güvenliğini temel ilke olarak benimser. Tüm kişisel verileriniz, yürürlükte olan veri koruma düzenlemelerine uygun şekilde işlenir.

1. TOPLANAN BİLGİLER

1.1 Kullanıcı Tarafından Sağlanan Veriler

Ad, takma ad veya profil bilgileri.
E-posta adresi (kayıt, abonelik ve destek için).
Görüşme tercihleri, dil ayarları ve etkileşimler.
Geri bildirimler ve destek mesajları.

1.2 Otomatik Toplanan Veriler

Cihaz türü, işletim sistemi, yaklaşık konum (şehir/ülke) ve uygulama kullanım verileri toplanır. Kesin konum verisi toplanmaz.

2. VERİLERİN KULLANIM AMAÇLARI

Kişisel verileriniz şu amaçlarla işlenir:

Uygulamanın kesintisiz çalışmasını sağlamak.
AI destekli deneyimi sunmak ve kişiselleştirmek.
Sistem performansını optimize etmek ve hata tespiti yapmak.
Yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek.

3. YAPAY ZEKA İŞLEME VE VERİ PAYLAŞIMI

ChatFace, yapay zeka tabanlı hizmetlerini sunmak için üçüncü taraf servis sağlayıcıları (OpenAI ve ElevenLabs) kullanmaktadır:

Paylaşılan Veriler: Görüşmeler sırasında ilettiğiniz metin bazlı girdiler (prompts) ve ses verileri, yanıt oluşturulması ve seslendirme amacıyla ilgili sunuculara iletilir.
Kullanım Amacı: Bu veriler yalnızca etkileşimli bir yapay zeka deneyimi sağlamak ve gerçek zamanlı yanıtlar üretmek için kullanılır.
Veri Güvenliği: Verileriniz paylaşılırken endüstri standartlarında güvenlik protokolleri ile iletilir. OpenAI API politikaları gereği, bu veriler yapay zeka modellerini eğitmek için kullanılmaz.

4. YÜZ VERİLERİ VE KAMERA KULLANIMI

Kullanıcı gizliliğini korumak adına yüz verileri konusunda katı politikalar izlemekteyiz:

Veri Toplama: ChatFace, herhangi bir biyometrik yüz verisi veya yüz haritası toplamaz, kaydetmez veya saklamaz.
Kamera Erişimi: Görüntülü görüşme sırasında talep edilen kamera erişimi, sadece kullanıcının kendisini ekranda görebilmesi (yerel önizleme) amacıyla kullanılır.
Paylaşım: Kamera üzerinden alınan görsel veriler hiçbir şekilde sunucularımıza veya üçüncü taraf servis sağlayıcılarına iletilmez; işlem tamamen cihaz üzerinde yerel olarak gerçekleşir.

5. VERİ SAKLAMA VE SİLME

Kişisel verileriniz (mesaj geçmişi vb.), hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece veya yasal zorunluluklar boyunca saklanır. Hesap silindiğinde tüm kişisel veriler geri döndürülemez şekilde sistemlerden silinir.

6. KULLANICI HAKLARI

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında; verilere erişim, düzeltme, silme (unutulma hakkı) ve veri taşınabilirliği haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

7. ÇOCUKLARIN GİZLİLİĞİ

ChatFace, 13 yaş altı kullanıcılar için uygun değildir. Bu yaş grubundan bilerek veri toplanmaz; tespiti halinde hesaplar kapatılır ve veriler silinir.

ChatFace adopts user privacy and data security as a core principle. All your personal data is processed in accordance with effective data protection regulations.

1. COLLECTED INFORMATION

1.1 Data Provided by User

Name, nickname, or profile information.
Email address (for registration, subscription, and support).
Interaction preferences, language settings, and interactions.
Feedback and support messages.

1.2 Automatically Collected Data

Information such as device type, operating system, approximate location (city/country), and app usage data is collected. Precise location data is not collected.

2. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

Ensuring the seamless operation of the application.
Providing and personalizing the AI-powered experience.
Optimizing system performance and error detection.
Fulfilling legal obligations.

3. AI PROCESSING AND DATA SHARING

ChatFace utilizes third-party service providers (OpenAI and ElevenLabs) to deliver its AI-powered services:

Shared Data: Text-based inputs (prompts) and audio data you provide during interactions are transmitted to respective servers for response generation and voice synthesis.
Purpose of Use: This data is used solely to provide an interactive AI experience and generate real-time responses.
Data Security: Your data is transmitted in compliance with industry-standard security protocols. Per OpenAI API policies, this data is not used to train AI models.

4. FACE DATA AND CAMERA USAGE

We follow strict policies regarding face data to protect user privacy:

Data Collection: ChatFace does not collect, capture, or store any biometric face data or facial mapping.
Camera Access: Camera access requested during video calls is used exclusively for the user’s local self-preview on the screen.
Sharing: Visual data from the camera is never transmitted to our servers or third-party service providers; the process occurs entirely locally on the device.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Your personal data (such as message history) is stored as long as your account is active or for the duration of legal obligations. When an account is deleted, all personal data is irreversibly erased from systems.

6. USER RIGHTS

Under GDPR and LPPD; you have the right to access, correct, delete (the right to be forgotten), and request data portability. You can contact us for your requests.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

ChatFace is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from this age group; such accounts will be closed and data deleted upon detection.
