FileTranslate – Gizlilik Politikası

FileTranslate, kullanıcı gizliliğini ve veri güvenliğini temel ilke olarak benimser. Kişisel verileriniz, yürürlükte olan veri koruma düzenlemelerine uygun şekilde işlenir.
1. TOPLANAN BİLGİLER
1.1 Kullanıcı Tarafından Sağlanan Veriler
- Ad, takma ad veya profil bilgileri.
- E-posta adresi (kayıt ve destek işlemleri için).
- Yüklenen dokümanlar ve çeviri talepleri.
1.2 Otomatik Toplanan Veriler
Cihaz türü, işletim sistemi ve yaklaşık konum bilgisi (şehir/ülke bazında) toplanır. Kesin konum verisi toplanmaz.
2. VERİLERİN KULLANIM AMAÇLARI
Toplanan kişisel veriler şu amaçlarla kullanılabilir:
- Uygulamanın kesintisiz çalışmasını sağlamak.
- Çeviri deneyimini kişiselleştirmek.
- Hata tespiti ve performans optimizasyonu yapmak.
- Yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek.
Kullanıcı verileri hiçbir şekilde üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.
3. VERİ SAKLAMA SÜRESİ
Kişisel veriler, hesap aktif olduğu sürece veya yasal zorunluluklar boyunca saklanır. Destek kayıtları en fazla 12 ay tutulur. Hesap silindiğinde tüm veriler geri döndürülemez şekilde silinir.
4. KULLANICI HAKLARI
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında erişim, düzeltme, silme (unutulma hakkı) ve veri taşınabilirliği haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
5. ÇOCUKLARIN GİZLİLİĞİ
FileTranslate, 13 yaş altı kullanıcılar için uygun değildir. Bu yaş grubundan bilerek veri toplanmaz; tespiti halinde hesaplar kapatılır.

FileTranslate adopts user privacy and data security as a core principle. Your personal data is processed in accordance with current data protection regulations.
1. COLLECTED INFORMATION
1.1 Data Provided by User
- Name, nickname, or profile info.
- Email address (for registration and support).
- Uploaded documents and translation requests.
1.2 Automatically Collected Data
Information such as device type, operating system, and approximate location (city/country) is collected. Precise location data is not collected.
2. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
Collected personal data may be used to:
- Ensure the app runs correctly and without interruption.
- Personalize the translation experience.
- Perform error detection and performance optimization.
- Fulfill legal obligations.
User data is never sold to third parties.
3. DATA RETENTION
Personal data is stored as long as the account is active or for the duration of legal obligations. Support records are kept for a maximum of 12 months. When an account is deleted, all data is irreversibly erased.
4. USER RIGHTS
Under GDPR and LPPD, you have the right to access, correction, deletion (the right to be forgotten), and data portability. You may contact us to exercise these rights.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
FileTranslate is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from this age group; such accounts will be closed upon detection.
