Yaş Uygunluğu: Lingola Stories, 13 yaş altı kullanıcılar için uygun değildir ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz.
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Lingola Stories mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullanan kullanıcıların kişisel verilerinin
toplanması, kullanılması, saklanması ve korunmasına ilişkin esasları açıklar. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak
bu Gizlilik Politikası’nı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
Lingola Stories, kullanıcı gizliliğini ve veri güvenliğini temel ilke olarak benimser. Tüm kişisel veriler,
yürürlükteki veri koruma düzenlemelerine (KVKK, GDPR ve ilgili diğer mevzuatlar) uygun şekilde işlenir.
1. Toplanan Bilgiler
Uygulama, hizmetlerin sunulabilmesi ve kullanıcı deneyiminin iyileştirilmesi amacıyla aşağıdaki veri türlerini toplayabilir.
1.1 Kullanıcı Tarafından Sağlanan Veriler
- Ad, takma ad veya profil bilgileri
- E-posta adresi (kayıt, abonelik ve destek işlemleri için)
- Yaş bilgisi (yalnızca yaş uygunluğunun doğrulanması ve içerik filtreleme amacıyla)
- Dil seviyesi, okumak istenen dil ve içerik tercihleri
- Hikâye türü tercihleri ve kişiselleştirme ayarları
- Uygulama içi etkileşimler (okunan hikâyeler, favoriler, kaydedilen kelimeler vb.)
- Geri bildirimler, talepler ve destek mesajları
Bu veriler herhangi bir sağlık, psikolojik değerlendirme veya teşhis amacıyla kullanılmaz.
1.2 Otomatik Olarak Toplanan Veriler
- Cihaz türü, işletim sistemi, model ve teknik bilgiler
- Yaklaşık konum bilgisi (şehir / ülke bazında)
- Uygulama kullanım verileri (oturum süresi, ekran etkileşimleri vb.)
- Performans, hata ve çökme kayıtları

Toplanan veriler yalnızca Lingola Stories’in çalışması, geliştirilmesi ve kullanıcı deneyiminin iyileştirilmesi amacıyla işlenir.
2. Verilerin Kullanım Amaçları
Toplanan kişisel veriler aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanılabilir:
- Uygulamanın doğru ve kesintisiz çalışmasını sağlamak
- Okuma ve kelime öğrenme deneyimini kişiselleştirmek
- Kullanıcı tercihlerini hatırlamak ve içerik önerilerini geliştirmek
- Hata tespiti, performans analizi ve uygulama optimizasyonu

Kullanıcı verileri hiçbir şekilde üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.
3. Veri Saklama Süresi
- Kullanıcı hesabı aktif olduğu sürece
- Yasal yükümlülüklerin gerektirdiği süre boyunca
- Destek taleplerine ilişkin kayıtlar, işlem tamamlandıktan sonra en fazla 12 ay süreyle
- Kullanıcı hesabını sildiğinde, tüm kişisel veriler geri döndürülemez biçimde sistemlerden silinir
4. Verilerin Paylaşımı
Kullanıcı verileri yalnızca aşağıdaki durumlarda paylaşılabilir:
- Yasal zorunluluklar (mahkeme kararları ve resmi kurum talepleri)
- Hizmet sağlayıcılar (bulut altyapısı, analitik ve teknik destek hizmetleri)
- Kullanıcının açık rızasının bulunması
Paylaşılan veriler mümkün olan her durumda anonimleştirilir ve minimum veri ilkesi esas alınır.
5. İzleme Teknolojileri
Lingola Stories, uygulama performansını ölçmek ve kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştirmek amacıyla uygulama içi izleme teknolojileri
(SDK’lar, oturum ve performans ölçümleri gibi) kullanabilir.
Bu teknolojiler:
- Hizmet sürekliliğini sağlamak
- Performans ve kullanım analizi yapmak
- Kullanıcı tercihlerini hatırlamak
amaçlarıyla kullanılır ve kişisel takip veya reklam profillemesi amacı taşımaz.
6. Kullanıcı Hakları
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında kullanıcılar aşağıdaki haklara sahiptir:

Hiçbir dijital sistem %100 güvenli değildir; ancak Lingola Stories yüksek güvenlik standartlarını benimser.
8. Çocukların Gizliliği
Lingola Stories, 13 yaş altı kullanıcılar için uygun değildir ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz.
Bu tür bir kullanım tespit edilmesi halinde ilgili hesap kapatılır ve veriler silinir.
9. Politika Değişiklikleri
Lingola Stories, bu Gizlilik Politikası’nı zaman zaman güncelleyebilir.
Güncellemeler uygulama içinde yayımlandığı andan itibaren yürürlüğe girer ve kullanıcılar bilgilendirilir.

mobile application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Lingola Stories values user privacy and data security. All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws

1. Information We Collect
The App may collect the following types of data to provide the service and improve user experience.

- Email address (for registration, subscriptions, and support)
- Age information (only for age-appropriateness checks and content filtering)

- Story genre preferences and personalization settings

Collected data is processed only to operate, improve, and optimize Lingola Stories and the user experience.
