Logora – Gizlilik Politikası

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Logora mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullanan kullanıcıların kişisel verilerinin işlenmesine ilişkin esasları açıklar. Uygulamayı indirerek bu politikayı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

Logora; KVKK, GDPR ve ilgili mevzuatlara tam uyum içinde çalışmayı taahhüt eder.

1. Toplanan Bilgiler

1.1. Kullanıcı Tarafından Sağlanan Veriler

Ad, takma ad veya profil bilgileri
E-posta adresi (kayıt ve destek işlemleri için)
Oluşturulan logo tasarımları ve proje içerikleri
Tasarım tercihleri (renkler, fontlar, sektör seçimleri)

1.2. Otomatik Toplanan Veriler

Cihaz türü, işletim sistemi, yaklaşık konum (şehir/ülke) ve uygulama kullanım istatistikleri (logo oluşturma, düzenleme süreleri vb.).

2. Verilerin Kullanım Amaçları

Verileriniz; logo oluşturma ve düzenleme özelliklerinin sunulması, tasarımlarınızın kaydedilmesi ve yönetilmesi, kişiselleştirilmiş bir deneyim sunulması ve teknik hataların giderilmesi amacıyla işlenir. Verileriniz üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.

3. Veri Saklama ve Silme

Kişisel veriler, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde, oluşturduğunuz projeler dahil tüm verileriniz sistemlerimizden geri döndürülemez şekilde silinir.

4. Kullanıcı Hakları

Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme isteme, silme (unutulma hakkı) ve veri taşınabilirliği haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için support@fly-work.com üzerinden ulaşabilirsiniz.

5. Çocukların Gizliliği

Logora, 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar için tasarlanmıştır. 13 yaş altı kullanıcı verisi toplandığı tespit edilirse ilgili hesap derhal kapatılır ve veriler silinir.

This Privacy Policy explains the principles regarding the processing of personal data of users using the Logora mobile application ("App"). By downloading the App, you agree to this policy.

Logora is committed to operating in full compliance with GDPR, KVKK, and relevant data protection laws.

1. Information Collected

1.1. Data Provided by the User

Name, nickname, or profile information
Email address (for registration and support)
Logo designs and project contents created by the user
Design preferences (colors, fonts, industry selections)

1.2. Automatically Collected Data

Device type, operating system, approximate location (city/country), and usage statistics (logo creation, editing duration, etc.).

2. Purposes of Data Processing

Your data is processed to provide logo creation and editing features, save and manage your designs, offer a personalized experience, and fix technical errors. Your data is never sold to third parties.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Personal data is stored as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all data, including your projects, is irreversibly removed from our systems.

4. User Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete (right to be forgotten), and request data portability. You can reach us at support@fly-work.com for your requests.

5. Children's Privacy

Logora is intended for users aged 13 and over. If data collection from users under 13 is detected, the account will be closed immediately and data will be deleted.
