Bu Gizlilik Politikası, MomFit mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullanan kullanıcıların kişisel verilerinin toplanması, kullanılması, saklanması ve korunmasına ilişkin esasları açıklar. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Gizlilik Politikası’nı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

MomFit, kullanıcı gizliliğini ve veri güvenliğini temel ilke olarak benimser. Tüm kişisel veriler; KVKK, GDPR ve ilgili diğer mevzuatlara uygun şekilde işlenir.

1.1 Kullanıcı Tarafından Sağlanan Veriler

Ad, takma ad veya profil bilgileri
E-posta adresi (kayıt, abonelik ve destek işlemleri için)
Hamilelik haftası veya tahmini doğum tarihi
Kullanıcının belirlediği sağlık, kilo takibi, su tüketimi ve egzersiz hedefleri
Geri bildirimler, talepler ve destek mesajları

1.2 Otomatik Olarak Toplanan Veriler

Cihaz türü, işletim sistemi, yaklaşık konum (şehir / ülke bazında), egzersiz kullanım sıklığı ve uygulama etkileşim verileri ile hata/çökme raporları.

1.3 Üçüncü Taraf Entegrasyonları

Kimlik doğrulama servisleri (Google, Apple vb.), analitik araçları ve teknik bulut altyapı sağlayıcıları.

2. Verilerin Kullanım Amaçları

Toplanan kişisel veriler; hamilelik dönemine uygun egzersiz planları sunmak, kişiselleştirilmiş öneriler sağlamak, hatırlatıcı özellikleri çalıştırmak ve yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek amacıyla kullanılır. MomFit, kullanıcı verilerini hiçbir şekilde üçüncü taraflara satmaz.

3. Sağlık Bilgileri Hakkında Önemli Bilgilendirme

MomFit bir sağlık takip ve egzersiz uygulamasıdır ancak tıbbi teşhis, tedavi veya profesyonel sağlık hizmeti sunmaz. Uygulama içerisindeki egzersizler ve öneriler yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Kullanıcılar herhangi bir egzersiz programına başlamadan önce doktorlarına danışmalıdır.

4. Veri Saklama ve Paylaşımı

Veriler, kullanıcı hesabı aktif olduğu sürece veya yasal zorunluluklar boyunca saklanır. Hesap silindiğinde tüm veriler geri döndürülemez şekilde sistemlerden temizlenir. Veriler yalnızca yasal gereklilikler ve teknik hizmet sağlayıcılar ile minimum veri ilkesine uygun olarak paylaşılabilir.

5. Kullanıcı Hakları

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında; verilerinize erişim, düzeltme, silme (unutulma hakkı), kısıtlama ve veri taşınabilirliği talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Haklarınızı kullanmak için support@fly-work.com adresi üzerinden bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

6. Çocukların Gizliliği ve Yaş Sınırı

MomFit, 13 yaş altı kullanıcılar için uygun değildir ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek veri toplamaz. Aksine bir durum tespit edildiğinde hesap derhal kapatılır ve veriler silinir.

MomFit adopts user privacy and data security as a core principle. All personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR, KVKK, and other relevant legal regulations.

1.1 Data Provided by the User

Name, nickname, or profile information
Email address (for registration, subscription, and support processes)
Pregnancy week or estimated due date
Health, weight tracking, water consumption, and exercise goals set by the user
Feedback, requests, and support messages

1.2 Automatically Collected Data

Device type, operating system, approximate location (at city / country level), exercise frequency, app interaction metrics, and error/crash reports.

1.3 Third-Party Integrations

Authentication services (Google, Apple, etc.), analytics tools, and technical cloud infrastructure providers.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

Collected personal data is used to provide pregnancy-specific exercise plans, offer personalized recommendations, run reminder features, and fulfill legal duties. MomFit never sells user data to third parties under any circumstances.

3. Important Disclaimer Regarding Health Information

MomFit is a health tracking and fitness app but does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services. The exercises and suggestions within the app are for informational purposes only. Users must consult their physicians before starting any exercise program.

4. Data Retention & Sharing

Data is stored as long as the user account remains active or required by legal obligations. Upon account deletion, all data is irreversibly purged. Data is shared only under legal requirements and with core technical service providers adhering to the data minimization principle.

5. User Rights

Under GDPR and KVKK, you hold the right to access, rectify, erase (right to be forgotten), restrict, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, please reach out via support@fly-work.com.

6. Children's Privacy

MomFit is not intended for users under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from this age range. If such use is detected, the associated account will be terminated and data deleted immediately.
