Ten Matcher – Gizlilik Politikası

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, FlyWork (“FlyWork”, “biz”) tarafından sunulan Ten Matcher mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullanan kişilerin verilerinin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı okuduğunuzu kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Ten Matcher bir sayı eşleştirme oyunudur. Hesap oluşturmaz, giriş yaptırmaz ve oyun verilerinizi bir sunucuya göndermez. Kişisel veriler, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK), GDPR ve ilgili mevzuata uygun şekilde ele alınır.

1. Toplanan Bilgiler

1.1. Cihazınızda Saklanan Veriler

Aşağıdaki bilgiler yalnızca cihazınızda, uygulamanın yerel deposunda tutulur:

Oyun ilerlemesi: seviye, skor, seri, günlük görev ve koleksiyon durumu
Ayarlar: tema, sayı boyutu, titreşim, görsel efektler ve ses efektleri
Cihaz hesabı kimliği: Android’de ANDROID_ID, iOS’ta identifierForVendor. Masaüstü sürümlerde, ilk açılışta cihazda üretilen rastgele bir kimlik

Bu kimlik, aynı telefonda tek bir yerel kayıt tutmak içindir. Bir ada, e-postaya veya FlyWork hesabına bağlanmaz ve tarafımıza iletilmez.

Ödeme kartı bilgisi

Uygulama şu anda analiz, reklam, bildirim veya abonelik altyapısı kullanmaz. Verileriniz üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.

1.3. Destek Talepleri

Uygulamadaki “Destekle iletişim” bağlantısı sizi fly-work.com/contact-us adresine götürür. Bu sayfada kendiniz yazdığınız bilgiler, FlyWork web sitesi üzerinden alınır ve yalnızca talebinize yanıt vermek için kullanılır.

2. Verilerin Kullanım Amaçları

Oyunun çalışması ve kaldığınız yerden devam etmesi
Ayarlarınızın hatırlanması
Aynı cihazda tek bir yerel ilerlemenin korunması
Bize ulaştığınızda destek talebinizin yanıtlanması

Not: Veriler reklam profili oluşturmak için kullanılmaz ve üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.

3. Veri Saklama Süresi

İlerleme ve ayarlar, uygulamayı silene kadar cihazınızda kalır.
Uygulamayı kaldırmak bu yerel verileri siler.
Cihazınızın kendi yedeği (örneğin sistem yedeği) bu verilerin bir kopyasını tutuyorsa, o kopya cihazınızın yedekleme ayarlarına bağlıdır.
Destek yazışmaları, talebi çözmek için gereken süre boyunca ve her hâlükârda en fazla 12 ay saklanır; yasal zorunluluk varsa bu süre uzayabilir.

4. Verilerin Paylaşımı

Oyun verileriniz rutin olarak bir sunucuya veya üçüncü tarafa aktarılmaz. Paylaşım yalnızca şu durumlarda olur: yasal bir yükümlülük, yetkili bir makamın bağlayıcı talebi veya destek formunda sizin açıkça gönderdiğiniz bilgiler.

5. Çerezler ve İzleme

Ten Matcher çerez kullanmaz ve reklam amaçlı izleme yapmaz. Ayrıntılar Çerez Politikası sayfasındadır.

6. Kullanıcı Hakları

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında, işlenen verilere erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve şikâyette bulunma haklarınız vardır. Oyun verileri cihazınızda durduğu için uygulamayı silmeniz bu verileri kaldırır. Destek yazışmaları için: support@fly-work.com

7. Güvenlik Önlemleri

Oyun kaydı cihazınızda tutulur ve FlyWork sunucularına gönderilmez. Cihaz kilidiniz ve işletim sisteminizin koruması bu verinin başlıca güvencesidir.

8. Çocukların Gizliliği

Ten Matcher 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek 13 yaş altından kişisel veri toplamayız. Böyle bir veri olduğunu düşünüyorsanız support@fly-work.com adresine yazın; cihaz dışında tutuluyorsa sileriz.

Çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsüne karşı standartlarımız CSAE sayfasında yer alır.

9. Politika Değişiklikleri

Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayınlanır ve yayınlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içindeki politika bağlantısında da belirtilir.

Ten Matcher – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FlyWork (“FlyWork”, “we”) handles information when you use the Ten Matcher mobile application (“Application”). By using the Application, you acknowledge this policy.

Ten Matcher is a number-matching puzzle. It does not create an account, does not ask you to sign in, and does not send your game data to a server. Personal data is handled in line with the GDPR, Türkiye’s KVKK, and other applicable law.

1. Information We Hold

1.1. Data Stored on Your Device

The following stays in the app’s local storage on your device:

Game progress: level, score, streak, daily challenge, and collection status
Settings: theme, number size, haptics, visual effects, and sound effects
A device account id: ANDROID_ID on Android, identifierForVendor on iOS. On desktop, a random id created on the device the first time the app runs

That id keeps a single local save on the same phone. It is not tied to a name, an email address, or a FlyWork account, and it is not sent to us.

1.2. Data We Do Not Collect

Name, username, or email address
Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera content
Location
Advertising identifiers
Payment card details

The Application does not currently use analytics, advertising, push-notification, or subscription services. Your data is not sold.

1.3. Support Requests

“Contact support” in the app opens fly-work.com/contact-us. Information you choose to submit there is received through the FlyWork website and is used only to answer your request.

2. Why We Use Data

To run the game and restore your progress
To remember your settings
To keep one local save on the same device
To reply when you contact support

Note: Data is not used to build advertising profiles and is not sold to third parties.

3. How Long Data Is Kept

Progress and settings remain on your device until you delete the app.
Uninstalling the app deletes that local data.
If your device backup (for example a system backup) keeps a copy, that copy follows your device backup settings.
Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve the request and in any case for no more than 12 months, unless the law requires longer.

4. Sharing

Game data is not routinely transferred to a server or a third party. Sharing happens only when the law requires it, when a competent authority issues a binding request, or when you deliberately send information through the support form.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Ten Matcher does not use cookies and does not track you for advertising. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and KVKK you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Game data lives on your device, so deleting the app removes it. For support correspondence, write to support@fly-work.com.

7. Security

The save file stays on your device and is not uploaded to FlyWork servers. Your device lock and the operating system’s protections are the main safeguard for that data.

8. Children’s Privacy

Ten Matcher is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, email support@fly-work.com and we will delete anything held outside the device.

9. Changes

Updates are published on this page and take effect when posted. A material change will also be reflected in the in-app policy link.
