Interpretation
These terms define the mutual responsibilities and expectations between you (“the User,” “you,” or “your”) and Fly Work (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
They cover usage rights, subscription terms, privacy obligations, payment conditions, intellectual property, dispute resolution, and other provisions regulating the use of our digital products and services.
By using our services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Fly Work.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All AI models, designs, software, and intellectual outputs provided under Fly Work’s services remain the property of Fly Work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both Parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public information, including but not limited to business strategies, algorithms, technical data, and financial details.
Upon full payment for specific deliverables, ownership of customized assets may be transferred to the Client as explicitly stated in the agreement.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition. Termination may also occur by mutual agreement.
Fees and Payment
Clients agree to pay all service fees as specified in their proposal, plan, or subscription agreement.
Late payments may result in service suspension, restricted access, or additional charges.
All payment terms, including deposits, subscription renewals, or cancellation policies, will be clearly defined in the applicable service plan.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Fly Work and the Client, superseding all previous discussions, proposals, or understandings — whether oral or written — relating to our services.
Changees to Terms & Conditions
Fly Work reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any modifications will be published on this website with updated effective dates.
Continued use of our services after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
Fly Work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities arising from the use of our products or services.
