Zovi – Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, Zovi mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullananların kişisel verilerinin toplanması, korunması ve işlenmesini açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu metni kabul etmiş sayılırsın.

Zovi kullanıcı gizliliğini temel alır. Veriler KVKK, GDPR ve ilgili mevzuata uygun işlenir.

1. Toplanan bilgiler

1.1. Senin sağladığın

  • Ad, kullanıcı adı, profil fotoğrafı, bio ve konum metni
  • Apple / Google hesabın üzerinden gelen e-posta veya kimlik bilgisi
  • Check-in, Pulse, hikâye, sohbet ve kabile etkileşimleri
  • Destek talepleri

1.2. Otomatik

  • Cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi
  • Konum (harita ve yakındaki kişiler için, izin verdiğinde)
  • Oturum ve kullanım verileri
  • Performans ve çökme kayıtları

2. Amaçlar

  • Hesap, giriş ve uygulamanın çalışması
  • Harita, yakındaki kişiler, kabileler ve sohbeti sunmak
  • Güvenlik, spam ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi
  • Ürünü geliştirmek

Önemli: Verilerin üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.

3. Hesap ve veri silme

Zovi hesabını ve ilişkili kişisel verilerini silmek için aşağıdaki yollardan birini kullanabilirsin. Uygulama yüklü olmasa da talep gönderebilirsin.

3.1. Uygulama içinden (önerilen)

  1. Zovi’ye giriş yap.
  2. Profil → Ayarlar → Kişisel bilgiler bölümüne git.
  3. Hesabı sil seçeneğine dokun.
  4. İstersen ayrılma nedenini yaz ve silme talebini gönder.

Talebin alındığında uygulamada onay mesajı görürsün.

3.2. Uygulama olmadan (web / e-posta)

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan e-posta gönder:

  • Adres: support@fly-work.com
  • Konu: Zovi hesap silme
  • İçerikte: hesabına bağlı e-posta veya kullanıcı adı, ve hesabın sana ait olduğunu doğrulayabilecek kısa bilgi

3.3. Ne zaman tamamlanır?

Silme talepleri incelenir ve genellikle 30 gün içinde tamamlanır. Gerekirse kimlik doğrulama için seninle iletişime geçebiliriz.

3.4. Silinen veriler

  • Hesap profili (ad, kullanıcı adı, bio, avatar vb.)
  • Giriş / kimlik bağları (Apple / Google ile ilişkili hesap kaydı)
  • Konum geçmişi ve yakındaki kişiler için kullanılan konum verileri
  • Check-in, Pulse, hikâye ve benzeri senin oluşturduğun içerikler
  • Sohbet ve kabile içeriklerinde sana ait olan kişisel veri alanları (hesap kapatıldıktan sonra profilin erişilemez olur)
  • Uygulama içi tercihler ve cihazla ilişkili oturum verileri

3.5. Saklanabilecek veriler

  • Yasal zorunluluk: Muhasebe, vergi veya bağlayıcı yasal saklama süreleri kapsamında tutulması gereken kayıtlar.
  • Güvenlik / kötüye kullanım: Dolandırıcılık, spam veya güvenlik ihlali kayıtları, gerekli olduğu ölçüde sınırlı süreyle.
  • Anonimleştirilmiş veriler: Kimliğinle bağlanamayan istatistiksel / analitik veriler.
  • Başkalarının içerikleri: Diğer kullanıcıların cihazında veya sohbetlerinde kalan kopyalar (ör. onlara gönderdiğin mesajlar) senin hesabın silinse de onların tarafında kalabilir; senin profilin artık görünmez / silinmiş olarak işaretlenir.
  • Destek kayıtları: Destek yazışmaları işlemden sonra en fazla 12 ay tutulabilir.
Not (Google Play): Hesap silme, uygulama içinden veya yukarıdaki e-posta yoluyla talep edilebilir. Uygulama yüklü olması zorunlu değildir. Talep sonrası kişisel veriler yukarıdaki istisnalar dışında silinir veya anonimleştirilir.

4. Saklama

  • Hesap aktifken, hizmeti sunmak için gerekli olduğu sürece saklanır.
  • Hesap silme talebi tamamlandığında kişisel veriler silinir veya anonimleştirilir (Bölüm 3.5’teki istisnalar hariç).
  • Destek kayıtları işlemden sonra en fazla 12 ay tutulabilir.

5. Paylaşım

Yalnızca yasal zorunluluk, altyapı sağlayıcıları (bulut, kimlik, harita) veya açık onayınla paylaşılır. Minimum veri ilkesi uygulanır.

6. Çerezler ve güvenlik

Deneyimi iyileştirmek için çerez kullanılabilir. Veriler şifreleme ve erişim kontrolleri ile korunur.

Erişim, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeyi kısıtlama hakların saklıdır: support@fly-work.com

8. Çocuklar

Zovi 13 yaş altı için tasarlanmamıştır. Bu yaş grubuna ait veri tespit edilirse silinir.

Zovi – Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Zovi (“App”) collects, protects and processes personal data. By using the App you accept this policy.

Privacy is a core principle. We process data in line with GDPR and applicable law.

1. Information we collect

1.1. You provide

  • Name, username, avatar, bio and location text
  • Email or identity from Apple / Google sign-in
  • Check-ins, Pulses, stories, chat and tribe activity
  • Support requests

1.2. Automatically

  • Device model and OS
  • Location (for map and nearby people, if you allow it)
  • Session and usage data
  • Performance and crash logs

2. Purposes

  • Accounts, sign-in and running the App
  • Maps, nearby people, tribes and chat
  • Safety, spam and abuse prevention
  • Product improvement

Important: We do not sell your data.

3. Account and data deletion

You can delete your Zovi account and related personal data using either method below. You do not need the App installed to request deletion.

3.1. In the App (recommended)

  1. Sign in to Zovi.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Personal information.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Optionally share a reason, then submit the deletion request.

You will see a confirmation in the App when the request is received.

3.2. Without the App (web / email)

If you cannot access the App, email us:

  • Address: support@fly-work.com
  • Subject: Zovi account deletion
  • Include: the email or username linked to your account, and enough detail for us to verify the account is yours

3.3. When is deletion completed?

Deletion requests are reviewed and usually completed within 30 days. We may contact you to verify identity if needed.

3.4. Data deleted

  • Account profile (name, username, bio, avatar, etc.)
  • Sign-in / identity links (Apple / Google account association)
  • Location history and location data used for nearby people
  • Check-ins, Pulses, stories and similar content you created
  • Personal data fields tied to your account in chat and tribes (your profile becomes inaccessible after closure)
  • In-app preferences and session data linked to your device

3.5. Data that may be retained

  • Legal obligation: Records we must keep under accounting, tax or other binding retention rules.
  • Safety / abuse: Fraud, spam or security-related records, for a limited period as needed.
  • Anonymized data: Statistical / analytics data that can no longer identify you.
  • Others’ copies: Content remaining on other users’ devices or in their chats (e.g. messages you sent them) may stay on their side; your profile is no longer visible / is marked deleted.
  • Support records: Support correspondence may be kept up to 12 months after the request.
Note (Google Play): Account deletion can be requested in the App or by email as above. Installing the App is not required. After a request, personal data is deleted or anonymized except for the limited cases in section 3.5.

4. Retention

  • Kept while the account is active and as needed to provide the service.
  • When an account deletion request is completed, personal data is erased or anonymized (except section 3.5).
  • Support records may be kept up to 12 months after the request.

5. Sharing

Only for legal duty, infrastructure providers (cloud, identity, maps) or with your consent. We apply data minimization.

6. Cookies and security

Cookies may improve the experience. Data is protected with encryption and access controls.

8. Children

Zovi is not intended for users under 13. Such data is deleted if found.
